Your first box ships within 3 business days of subscribing. After that, we ship on the same day each month — you choose the date during signup. All orders ship via FedEx with tracking. Most US addresses receive delivery within 2–3 business days of shipment.
Yes. Explorer and Connoisseur subscribers can update their blend selections anytime up to 7 days before their next shipment date. Starter subscribers choose one blend that ships each month, with the option to swap 14 days before shipment.
Log in to your account and select "Pause Subscription" from the dashboard. You can pause for 1, 2, or 3 months. No fees, no penalties. Your subscription resumes automatically after your selected pause period unless you cancel.
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard with two clicks — no phone calls, no retention flows, no waiting. Cancellations processed before your billing date take effect immediately. After billing, your final box ships and no further charges occur.
Our bottles are 2x concentrate. Mix 1 part NovaBrew with 1 part water (or milk, oat milk, etc.) over ice for a 12 oz serving. Each 12 oz bottle yields approximately 6–8 servings. Dilute to taste — some subscribers drink it at full strength.
